An IQF food processing plant, which stands for Individual Quick Freezing, is a plant that has the capacity to freeze food individually, that is, piece by piece, reaching temperatures below -18°C in a matter of seconds, allowing for the preservation and correct handling of food to be processed.
At Transformadora Akhúa, we have a food processing plant capable of transforming all our ingredients into the quantities our customers request.
What can we process?
Fruits such as:
Strawberry, Mango, Raspberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Banana, Pineapple, Guava, among others.
Vegetables such as:
Florete de brócoli, Florete de coliflor, arroz de coliflor, arroz de brócoli, Champiñones, Pimiento, Cebolla, Zanahoria, Espárrago, Chícharo, Elote, Ejote, entre otras.
